Our nursery is small and deliberately calm. Your pēpi sleeps, feeds and settles the way they do at home, with one primary kaiako who learns their cues.

Primary care
One kaiako who really knows your baby
Leaving a baby with someone else is a big thing. Primary care means it is the same person greeting you each morning, changing their nappy, settling them to sleep and telling you how the day went.

Outside every day
Fresh air is part of the routine
Even the smallest pēpi get outdoor time each day. Grass under bare feet, leaves to hold, water to splash and space to move freely as they learn to roll, crawl and walk.
What to bring
A named bottle, a change of clothes and any comfort item your baby loves. Tell us what their routine looks like and we will tell you exactly what else to pack.

How many babies are in the nursery?
Our nursery is kept intentionally small so pēpi get unhurried, responsive care, with a primary kaiako who knows each baby's cues.
Do you follow our home sleep and feed routine?
Yes. We follow your baby's own rhythm for sleeping, feeding and comfort rather than a centre timetable, and we record each sleep, bottle and nappy change so you know exactly how the day went.
Can I send breast milk or formula?
Absolutely. Breast milk and formula are stored and prepared following our food safety procedures, and you are welcome to come in and feed your baby whenever it suits.
What do we need to bring?
A named water or formula bottle, a change of clothes, a comfort item if they use one, and anything specific to your baby's routine. Let us know what they need and we will tell you what we already have on hand.

Come and meet the nursery kaiako
Bring your pēpi with you. You will get a feel for the room, the pace and the people in about twenty minutes.
